Yellapur: Two youths lost their lives, while a third was severely injured when the speeding bike they were riding collided with a parked car on the roadside. This tragic incident occurred on Sunday at Tatgaar Cross Road in Yelllapur taluk, Uttara Kannada district.

Reports indicate that all three were on the same bike. The deceased have been identified as Darshan Bhandari (17) and Rajesh Achari (17). Seventeen-year-old Jaber Mohammed Ghaus sustained serious injuries and has been admitted to Hubli KIMS.

A case has been filed at Yallapur police station, and further investigation is underway.
