Bhatkal: The election of new office bearers for Markazi Jamatul Muslimeen Manki was held recently, during which Mr. Qazi Mohammed Irshad was re-elected to the prestigious position of President, and Mr. Hasan Bapu Hasan Bapa was elected as the General Secretary. Sawda Abu Mohammad assumed the role of Vice President, Maulana Muzakkir Ahmed Katangari Nadvi as Deputy Secretary, Sauban Khawaja Bidarkatte as Accountant, and Mr. Ishtiyaq Abu Hussain as Mutavalli.

The election process commenced with the formation of a 15-member adhoc committee led by Mohammed Habeeb, son of Jufri Katpadi. The committee engaged with local and Manki members of Gulf Jamaats for consultation, resulting in the establishment of a 53-member administration body. Subsequently, office bearers were elected for a three-year term through mutual consultation. Additionally, three guardians were selected during this session.

Alongside the Jamatul Muslimeen, positions for Naazmi e ala (Moderator), Deputy Moderator, and Accountant were filled for Madrasa Rehmaniya, which operates under Jamatul Muslimeen Manki. Mr. Hasan Bapu Irfan Mashima was elected as Moderator, Maulana Jameel Qazi Nadvi, a senior teacher of Madrasa Rahmaniya, was elected as Deputy Moderator, and Mr. Mubarak Abida was elected as the Accountant."
