Dr. Waseema, Health Officer in Muscat, to Provide Free Care for Bedridden Patients in Bhatkal; announced Rabita Society

Bhatkal: Dr. Waseema Ayyub Siddibapa, a distinguished health officer at the Ministry of Health in Muscat, Oman, and a native of Bhatkal, has extended her services to elderly bedridden patients in Bhatkal free of charge, in collaboration with Rabita Society. This initiative was announced by Ateequr Rahman Muniri, the General Secretary of Bhatkal Rabita Society.

He urged the public to contact Dr. Waseema Siddibapa at mobile number: 9148448127, to schedule appointments for elderly patients in need of medical care at their homes. Dr.  Waseema will conduct examinations, provide treatment recommendations, and, if necessary, refer patients to specialists. Rabita Society will facilitate her visits by providing transportation and other necessary resources, including ambulance services if required.

Dr. Waseema, dedicated to serving the people of Bhatkal, will also collaborate with government hospital doctors to ensure continuous care. She arrived in Bhatkal on Saturday evening, with patient registrations set to commence on Sunday, September 17. Her services will be available starting September 19, for a limited period. Dr. Waseema Muallim, the eldest daughter of the late Janab Zafer Ali Muallim, former General Secretary of Anjuman Hamai e Muslimeen Bhatkal. With her mother, Mrs. Nayeema Jubapu's steadfast support, she secured the top rank in the entire Aurangabad district (Maharashtra) in her SSLC examination. After completing her MBBS at Grant Medical College, Mumbai, she commenced her medical career at Masina Hospital, Mumbai. She pursued a Diploma in Child Health before relocating to Muscat, Oman following her marriage to Mr. Ayyub Siddibapa, who has been a pillar of encouragement throughout her journey. Her family, consisting of three accomplished sons employed as engineers in Muscat, and a daughter currently pursuing her BDS at Yenepoya College, Mangalore, stands as a testament to her dedication. One of her sisters, Mrs. Taliah Muallim, serves as Vice Principal at Anjuman PU College for Women, while her brother, Muiz Muallim, holds a prominent position as Senior Manager overseeing ship management in Dubai, and also serves as the President of Bhatkal Muslim Jamaat Dubai.
